Dennis N. Griffin: I enjoy telling stories for fiction and doing the research for non-fiction
When did you start writing and why?
Dennis N. Griffin: In 1994 I wrote my first manuscript, The Morgue. It was a fictionalized account of an investigation of a medical examiner's office I did in 1993. It was a story I felt had to be told.

What is some advice you would give new writers?
Dennis N. Griffin: Try to write something every day, even if it's only a single page or paragraph. Join one or more writers groups. Be patient and keep at it.
