In love

"In love"

My heart will go a pitta-patta

For it is after all only blood in my veins and marrow in my bones

It will once in a while dare to stray

My mind will wonder

When my common sense is in a slumber

Foolish thoughts of moonlight and roses are the order of the day

It will be fields of daises, forget-me-nots and the brightest primrose

My object then won't seem to impose

The frivolity is glorious I suppose

Then lead on lead on stupid blind heart

Lead me by the nose
