for those of you who let life get you down,
remember, it is desire that wears the crown.
desire leads us to the end.
as we struggle through life, we try to mend.
so give me the chance to speak heart plus mind.
as foolish as it is kind.
life laughs at us at its will,
but i am not asleep, im still.
the desire i have to find a way,
is what causes me to wake and say-
to those of you who will not last,
who let this life go by so fast
remember, desire is what wears the crown,
and never let life get you down.
