Why do you like writing?
Linsey A Daman: Writing allows me to express my inner feelings on paper. By having them writen down, they can be shared with others that might not have had the opportunity before to learn about you. Moreover, writing gives others a chance to see the real you and to learn about each other through our written sentiments.

When did you start writing and why?
Linsey A Daman: Writing has been in my blood long before I ever had an official course on writing techniques. However, my first official dose of writing was in school and it was later into middle and high school where I took special creative writing courses that truly allowed me to explore the literary side of me.

How long have you been writing?
Linsey A Daman: As I explained earlier, I�ve been writing and composing poetry long before I ever knew what poetry was officially. However more serious literary works came into play in high school and this encouraged me to continue to write later in life as well.

What is the best book you have ever read?
Linsey A Daman: Well I would love to say my own work but to be fair I would probably have to say the best book I ever read was Les Lais de Marie de France (in French) which were composed in late 12th century.

Who is your favorite author?
Linsey A Daman: Jacques Pr�vert is my all-time favorite poet as he wrote �Page d�Ecriture� which touches my heart.

What is the best story you have ever written?
Linsey A Daman: Windershin: The Animated Mystery

What is some advice you would give new writers?
Linsey A Daman: For aspiring authors, I would recommend becoming self-published first and then trying to find a traditional publisher.
