Once Upon Another Time, two moon fairies, Hattie Chewed and Smoocher Velvet moved to Rocklands, the South East Bank of London. It was one of their favourite places to visit, so on New Year's Day they made it their home. Rocklands is the Time Zone of Planet Water, and their residence, Mabel Lucie Attwell House, is only a bus ride away from Greenwich Mean Time.
Hattie and Smoocher are presenters of the biggest music show on the moon, Lunar Tunes. They beam up shows on the wavelength of moonbeams to Channnel6TV in Universe City for the programme which is a mixture of Planet Earth/Planet Water cultures and scenery.
This is a true story. Jan-006 is Chapter 1.

A lot has happened since they got here.
Their home (at 386 New Cross Road) often gets mistaken for a derelict building, but Mabel Lucie Attwell House is nicknamed Rocklands Palace by magic folk.
In April (All Fools Month), the tunes they had been beaming up to the moon inspired the compiling of an album, now complete and available to download via http://www.myspace.com/artfulmtb
